Let's make a difference, together.
Shoo for Good was created to make outdoor moments more enjoyable and to make a difference in the world. While mosquitoes are generally just annoying here in the United States*, they are killing people—mostly children—in other parts of the world where malaria is still a serious problem.
We want to help change this, so we paired up with the United Nations Foundation and its United to Beat Malaria campaign.
United to Beat Malaria is the world’s largest grassroots campaign fighting malaria, a deadly but entirely preventable disease that's transmitted by a single mosquito bite. The campaign provides insecticide-treated bed nets, rapid diagnostic tests, malaria treatments, and tools and training to empower community health workers in countries throughout sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Every purchase of a Shoo for Good wrap helps United to Beat Malaria with its mission to reach more families, distribute more bed nets, and save more lives.

*West Nile virus is a mosquito-borne disease that is present in the US and can cause severe illness, though it's rarely deadly.
